Psalm 24:1 says, “The earth is the LORD’S, and the fulness thereof; the world, and they that dwell therein.”
That verse reminds us that everything belongs to God. The ground beneath our feet, the breath in our lungs, the people we love, and every blessing we enjoy are gifts from His hand.
And here’s a comforting thought: if it all belongs to the Lord, then you and I don’t have to carry the weight of the world by ourselves. We can bring our worries, our plans, and our needs to the One who holds everything together.
Maybe today you’re facing a problem that feels bigger than you are. Remember, it’s not bigger than God. He sees what you’re facing, and He’s able to guide you through it.
This verse also calls us to be faithful stewards. The time, resources, and opportunities God places in our hands are worth using with care. We can honor Him by how we treat people, how we do our work, and how we give thanks for what we have.
So take a deep breath today, my friend. The Lord owns it all, and He is still in control. Trust Him with what you can’t manage, and be faithful with what He’s placed right in front of you.
