Good morning, my friend. 

Psalm 68:19 says, “Blessed be the Lord, who daily loadeth us with benefits, even the God of our salvation. Selah.” 

I love that little word “daily.” God doesn’t just help us once and leave us to figure out the rest. He meets us day by day, giving us the strength, grace, and help we need for the road ahead. 

Now, some days the benefits of God’s goodness are easy to see. On other days, we may be carrying burdens that feel heavier than we can bear. But this verse reminds us that the Lord is the God of our salvation. He is able to carry us when we feel worn down, and He remains faithful even when our circumstances are hard. 

Maybe today you’re facing a problem you can’t solve or a question you can’t answer. You don’t have to carry tomorrow’s burden today. Ask God for the grace you need for this moment, and trust Him to meet you again when tomorrow comes. 

So take a breath, my friend. The Lord has been faithful before, and He will be faithful today. Thank Him for the blessings you can see, and trust Him with the ones you cannot yet see.
