“And the Gentiles shall come to thy light, and kings to the brightness of thy rising.” -Isaiah 60:3 (KJV)

Friend, have you ever noticed how a single light can change a dark room? It doesn’t have to be loud or flashy. It simply has to shine.

Isaiah 60:3 reminds us that when God’s light shines through His people, others are drawn to Him. The light isn’t ours. It is the light of Christ reflected through a life that has been changed by His grace.

Every act of kindness, every encouraging word, every faithful prayer, every moment of integrity, and every time we choose love over bitterness allows the light of Jesus to shine a little brighter. You may never know how many people are watching your life. Someone at work, a neighbor, a family member, or even a stranger may find hope because they see Christ in you.

The world has plenty of darkness, but God has never called us to complain about the darkness. He has called us to be the light.

Today, ask the Lord to help you shine wherever He has planted you. You don’t have to be famous to make a difference. You simply have to be faithful. As you walk with Jesus, His light will shine through you, and He will use your life to point others toward the Savior.

Remember, the brightest testimony is not found in what we say but in the Christlike life we live every day
