Someone Needs to Hear This: You Matter!

Have you ever let somebody’s opinion make you question your worth?

Maybe they overlooked you, criticized you, or made you feel like you just weren’t enough.

I read a quote that said, “There will always be someone who can’t see your worth. Don’t let it be you.”

Friend, that’s something we need to remember.

If we’re not careful, we’ll start repeating the very words that wounded us.

“I’m a failure.”

“I don’t matter.”

“I’ll never be good enough.”

But before you agree with what somebody else said about you, listen to what God says.

Psalm 139:14 says, “I will praise thee; for I am fearfully and wonderfully made.”

You were created by God, and you matter to Him.

He knows your struggles. He sees your tears. He understands the things you can’t find words to explain.

And He loves you.

That doesn’t mean we have nothing to work on. We all need to grow. But you can acknowledge your mistakes without calling yourself a mistake.

You can learn from yesterday without spending today tearing yourself down.

Somebody may fail to recognize your worth, but their opinion cannot erase the care God put into creating you.

So today, catch yourself when that harsh inner voice starts talking. Open God’s Word. Thank Him for making you, and ask Him to help you see yourself through His truth.

Then share this with somebody who needs that reminder.

You matter to God, my friend.
