Have you ever caught yourself thinking, “If I just had a little more, I could handle this”?

A little more strength.

A little more courage.

A little more wisdom.

A little more faith.

But listen to what 2 Peter 1:3 says:

“According as his divine power hath given unto us all things that pertain unto life and godliness…”

Did you catch that?

God has given us all things we need for life and godliness.

My friend, God never calls you to face something without making available what you need to walk through it.

You may feel inadequate, but His power is adequate.

You may feel weak, but His strength is made perfect in weakness.

You may not know what tomorrow holds, but you know the One who will meet you there.

Sometimes we spend our lives asking God to give us something He has already made available to us through Jesus Christ.

You have His Word to guide you.

You have His Spirit to strengthen you.

You have His grace to sustain you.

You have His promises to stand on.

And you have His presence walking with you.

That doesn’t mean life will always be easy. It means you never have to face life empty-handed.

So whatever is waiting on you today, don’t begin by looking at what you lack.

Look at what God has supplied.

Lift your head. Take the next step. Trust His power.

Because if God has called you to walk through it, He will give you what you need to walk through it.

You have more than you think you have, because you have Him.

Now go live today like God has already given you everything you need to follow Him faithfully.
