Who Is Close To Who?

“Seek ye the LORD while he may be found, call ye upon him while he is near.” Isaiah 55:6 (KJV)

There are moments in life when God gently reminds us that time is a gift and opportunity is sacred.

Isaiah 55:6 is an invitation filled with both urgency and hope. It reminds us that there is a window of grace, a season when the Lord is near, when His voice is calling, and when His arms are open.

God is not hiding from you… He is inviting you. He is not distant… He is near.

Sometimes we tell ourselves, “One day I will get serious about my walk with God.”

“One day I will pray more.”

“One day I will surrender that burden.”

“One day I will deal with that sin.”

“One day I will fully trust Him.”

But the Holy Spirit lovingly whispers, Why wait?

The same God who parted seas… who raised the dead… who forgives sin… who restores broken lives… is near to you right now.

You don’t have to clean yourself up first. You don’t have to have all the answers. You don’t have to figure everything out. You simply have to seek Him.

When you seek the Lord sincerely, you will discover He has been seeking you all along.

Today is a wonderful day to pray. Today is a wonderful day to draw near. Today is a wonderful day to trust Him more fully.

The door of grace is open. The presence of God is near. The invitation is clear.

Seek Him while He may be found… and you will discover He is closer than you ever imagined.
