You are a special creation and you were created for so much more than just the here and now.  You were created on purpose and for a purpose.  A big part of understanding your purpose is learning that life beyond the physical is spiritual.

If you are living and breathing, then you are living a physical life.  If you are reading these words, then you are living a physical life.  Physical living is the life that our bodies live as they walk through this life.  Physical living is natural, what we know and happens almost automatically.

Physical living is not the only dimension of our lives.  There is also spiritual living.  When our physical life comes to an end, it is not the end, because our spirit lives on.  Somewhere deep inside of ourselves, we know this to be true.  We know that there is more than just the here and now, hustle and bustle of everyday living.  The question is where are we going to live our spiritual lives and how are we going to live our spiritual lives beyond the moment of now?

The answer to this question, actually has an impact on the now.  If we don’t think about the spiritual life.  If we don’t think about where we are going to live our spiritual lives, and if we don’t think about how we are going to live our spiritual lives, then we are going to miss out on power to live more expectant and impactful physical lives.

We are spiritual beings in a physical body.  This is the way that we were created.  Open your physical eyes to the creation around you and it will not take you very long to sense that there is something to be seen spiritually as well.  Listen with you physical ears and the sounds that you hear, will at some point encourage you to listen deeper, so that you might hear spiritual direction from a familiar voice.

All of your physical senses (hearing, sight, touch, smell and sound) will lead you to a discovery of the spiritual, if you are paying attention and have a willingness to experience the something of your Creator that is beyond.

Take some time today to experience life beyond the physical, because you were created for more than just the here and now!
