In one way are another, we are all leaders. You don’t have to have a title to be a leader. The things we say and do; the way we respond to the situations of life and the standards we set for ourselves to live by, are all a apart of our providing leadership to others. Leadership happens as we live our lives, because there is always someone watching and being impacted by the things we say and do.
To be good leaders, we need to develop and grow our personal committment to seek out and work toward the priorities and goals that our Creator has for us in the purpose that He created us for.
If we are going to know our Creator’s plan and purpose for our life and living, then we must invest time reading the Scriptures and communicating with the Spirit via prayer. Find a special place and specific time when you can be alone with your Creator and the thoughts that He has for you.
This time is your time to hear and discover direction and this is why you need to make sure that you have dealt with the distractions. Your Creator and the plan that He has for your life is deserving of your undivided attention.
Open your heart, spirit and life to the amazing plans of your Creator and you will find that you are not just a leader, but a great leader that is making a difference in the lives of those around you!
