“Thou art worthy, O Lord, to receive glory and honour and power: for thou hast created all things, and for thy pleasure they are and were created.” -Revelation 4:11

Friend, have you ever wondered if your life really matters? Maybe you’ve had a day where you questioned your purpose or felt like what you do goes unnoticed.

Revelation 4:11 gives us a powerful reminder: “Thou art worthy, O Lord… for thou hast created all things, and for thy pleasure they are and were created.”

Think about that for a moment. You are not an accident. You are not here by chance. Before you ever took your first breath, God had a purpose for your life. He created you to know Him, to love Him, and to bring Him glory through the way you live.

Our world constantly tells us that our worth is found in our accomplishments, our possessions, or the opinions of others. But God’s Word tells a different story. Your greatest purpose isn’t found in chasing success. It’s found in honoring the One who made you.

When you encourage someone, you bring Him glory. When you choose forgiveness over bitterness, you bring Him glory. When you remain faithful in the ordinary moments of life, even when no one is watching, you bring Him glory.

So today, don’t measure your value by the applause of people. Measure it by the love of the God who created you. The One who made the stars also made you, and He never creates anything without a purpose.

Walk confidently today knowing that your life has meaning because it belongs to Him.
