Tired, But Still Trusting God!

Have you ever gotten tired, not because you were doing something wrong, but because you’ve been trying so hard to do what’s right?

You keep loving. You keep praying. You keep showing up. But somewhere along the way, your heart whispers, “Lord, I’m worn out.”

My friend, God hears that prayer, too.

Galatians 6:9 says, “And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.”

That verse doesn’t mean faithful people never get tired. It reminds us that weariness doesn’t have to have the final word.

Think about a farmer planting a seed. He doesn’t dig it up every morning just because nothing has broken through the ground. He keeps tending what he planted, trusting that growth takes time.

Sometimes we’re ready to quit because we can’t see what God is doing. But our limited view doesn’t limit His faithfulness.

And listen, taking time to rest is not the same as giving up. You can love Jesus and still need a nap, a helping hand, or somebody to listen.

Today, bring your weariness to the Lord. Let somebody help carry the load. Then take the next faithful step He puts before you.

Send the encouraging message. Offer the prayer. Do the good that’s yours to do today.

You don’t have to produce the whole harvest this afternoon. Trust God with the seed you’re planting.

God bless and press on!
