As a child of God, you have nothing to be afraid of, because He that is in you is greater than he that is in the world! Whatever comes your way, know this: God will use it for good as you trust and love him! Remember today: Your power is God in you! Your power is His love flowing to and through your life! If you believe this, then you will have a sound mind – a mind filled with the peace and quietness of God!

On a magnetic dry erase board on my back door, I write what is on my heart for the day to my children and husband and I end it with, “Remember who you are and whose you are!” MOM (the “O” is shaped like a heart).
Some days the “committee”(you know, all of the negative statements that play over and over in your mind when you are feeling tired,weak and vunerable) can get pretty loud. I honestly struggle with it some days.
On those days, the only strength and power I have is God and his promises.
I just don’t know how people can get through any of it without Him.
