He’s Coming Back!

Luke 12:40 says, “Be ye therefore ready also: for the Son of man cometh at an hour when ye think not.”

Friend, if there’s one thing life has taught me, it’s that we don’t always get a heads-up before the big moments arrive. Babies don’t wait for the perfect time to be born. Storms don’t call ahead before they roll in. And Jesus? He’s not going to send a calendar invite before He comes back.

That’s why the Lord tells us to be ready. Not “get ready later,” not “plan to be ready someday,” but be ready now. That means living every day like it could be the day we see Him face to face. It means keeping short accounts with God—confessing sin quickly, loving people fully, and staying faithful in the little things.

Because here’s the truth: when you’re ready, His return is not a fear—it’s a joy. It’s not a surprise that catches you off guard—it’s the homecoming you’ve been longing for. So today, live like the King is coming… because He is. And when that moment comes, you’ll be glad you were ready.

That’s not just a warning—it’s a promise worth getting excited about.

Fight The Good Fight!

2 Timothy 4:7 (KJV)

“I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith.”

Bless your heart for just being here today. Because if you’re reading this, that means you’re still in the ring. Still on the track. Still holding on.

Now Paul wasn’t bragging when he said, “I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith.” No, he was testifying. That’s the sound of a soul that’s been through the fire and came out faithful. That’s the voice of a man who limped across the finish line with bruises on his body but peace in his heart.

This verse reminds us: life is a fight. But it’s a good one. And it’s your course—not anyone else’s. You don’t have to run it like them. Just run it with faith.

The goal is not perfection. The goal is perseverance.

So if you’re tired today, if you’re discouraged, if you feel like quitting—don’t.

Just take the next step. Just pray one more prayer. Just whisper, “Lord, help me keep the faith.”

Because one day, like Paul, you’ll be able to look back over it all and say, “I didn’t give up. I didn’t back down. I kept going. And I kept the faith.”

And that, my friend, is how you win. 💪🏼

Stay in the fight. Finish your race. Keep the faith.

Press On!

“Blessed is the man that endureth temptation: for when he is tried, he shall receive the crown of life, which the Lord hath promised to them that love him.” —James 1:12 (KJV)

Some days feel like spiritual tug-of-war matches, don’t they? You’re holding on with everything you’ve got—faith in one hand, temptation pulling hard on the other. And yet, here’s the good news straight from James: there’s blessing in the enduring.

God doesn’t promise an easy walk—He promises a rewarding one. Every time you say no to the enemy and yes to Jesus, every time you choose character over compromise, every time you press through the pain instead of giving up—He sees it. And He’s keeping score, not to punish you, but to bless you.

This verse isn’t about being perfect—it’s about staying faithful. It’s about standing your ground, even when the winds of temptation try to knock you flat. And friend, if you’ll keep walking, keep trusting, keep loving the Lord—there’s a crown waiting with your name on it.

So today, don’t quit. Don’t cave in. You’re not just fighting temptation—you’re chasing a promise. And the One who made that promise never breaks His Word.

Stay faithful. Your crown is closer than you think. 👑
