Thanksgiving Flow!

“As it is written, He hath dispersed abroad; He hath given to the poor: His righteousness remaineth for ever.” — 2 Corinthians 9:9 (KJV)

There is something powerful about the kind of giving God honors. It’s not the kind that waits for perfect circumstances… it’s the kind that simply flows. Paul reaches back to the Psalms and reminds us: God loves to work through people whose hearts are open.

Think about that—“He hath dispersed abroad.” That means God is always sowing, always scattering blessing, always reaching into the world with open hands… and the way He does it is through you and me.

And what happens when we give God our open hands? Something beautiful. Scripture says, “His righteousness remaineth for ever.” In other words—what you sow in love, in generosity, in kindness… it outlives you. It echoes in eternity. It becomes part of the story God is writing long after the moment is gone.

You may not feel like you have much. Maybe you’re tired, stretched thin, or wondering how your little offering could make any difference at all. But listen to me—God isn’t looking at the size of the gift. He’s looking at the size of your heart. And when He finds a willing heart, He multiplies it.

Your encouragement… your prayer… your time… your generosity… your smile… your faithfulness—none of it is wasted. Heaven keeps the record, and God keeps the promise.

So today, don’t close your hands. Open them. Let God use you to scatter a little hope, a little love, a little grace. Because when you pour out, He pours in… and His righteousness in you remains forever.

Keep giving. Keep trusting. Keep shining.

God is not done using you.

All Sufficiency!

2 Corinthians 9:8 — “Having all sufficiency in all things for every good work.”

Sometimes life makes you feel like you’re running on fumes — like you’re pouring out more than you’ve got coming in. But this verse reminds us of something powerful: God never calls you to a work He won’t also equip you to walk through.

Paul says God is able — able to make all grace abound toward you. Not a trickle. Not a little drip. Abounding. Overflowing. More-than-enough grace for the season you’re in.

And then he says you will have “all sufficiency in all things.” That means whatever good work God lays in front of you — encouraging somebody, forgiving somebody, loving somebody who’s hard to love, stepping into a calling that feels bigger than you — He will give you exactly what you need to do it.

Not out of your strength. Out of His supply.

When you feel stretched thin, remember: you’re not living off your own resources. You’re living off Heaven’s. And Heaven doesn’t run out.

So today, breathe deep. Lift your head. Walk into the good God places in front of you with confidence. Because the One who called you is the One who equips you, sustains you, and fills you with more than enough grace for every good work.

You’re not lacking. You’re supplied. And God’s grace is already on the way.

God Is Able!

“And God is able to make all grace abound toward you; that ye, always having all sufficiency in all things, may abound to every good work.” — 2 Corinthians 9:8 (KJV)

There’s a quiet confidence that settles over your heart when you really let this verse sink in. Paul says, “God is able…”—and that changes everything. He doesn’t say you are able, or I am able, or that life will always line up neatly. He says God is able. And friend, when God is the One doing the pouring, you don’t have to worry about running dry.

We live in a world that’s always shouting, “Do more. Get more. Be more.” But this verse reminds us that the life of a believer is lived from a different place—a place of grace, not grind. God promises to give you all sufficiency. Not barely enough. Not “just scraping by.” But everything you need, right when you need it, to do every good work He’s called you to do.

Maybe today you feel stretched. Maybe you’re giving your all—to your family, your church, your calling—and you’re wondering if you’ve got enough left in the tank. Hear this: God hasn’t called you to run on empty. His grace abounds. It overflows. It fills the gaps you can’t fill. It strengthens the places that feel weak. It equips you for the assignments He’s placed in your hands.

So take a breath today. Rest a minute. Lift your eyes from what you lack to the God who lacks nothing. Let His grace meet you, fill you, and push you forward. You’re not running alone… and you’re not running on fumes. You’re running with the God who is able—more than able—to supply every need.

Keep going. His grace is already on the way.
