Love Is The Way!

Love is the unifying and empowering force of our spirit. With love we are able to grow and mature to become all we were created for. We tend to get distracted from what really matters in all of our business and miss out of what this human experience is really all about. It is about experiencing, knowing and growing in love.

It is the intention of our Creator that we know and grow in love. Everything that happens flows from love and is for our highest and most blessed good. God has written His plan of love on our hearts and Spirit guides, organizes, corrects, disciples and instructs us in and through love which connects us to a God’s perfection.

There is a purpose to problems! All the challenges, problems, disappointments and frustrations of this human experience flow from a broken connection to our eternal and internal source of love that flows from deep inside our hearts. We have to learn to open ourselves to the unlimited power of this love, so that we might dwell within the wisdom that instructs us on how to yield to Spirit and experience the deeper blessing we were created for.

”The fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, generosity, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control.” – Galatians 5:22-23

When I learn to align my spirit with the Spirit of love by living in the flow of receiving and sharing, then miraculous becomes ordinary and everything becomes extraordinary as I learn to live in the unlimited space of love, joy and peace.

Love Is The Way! There are many things in this universe that I cannot control, but when I practice controlling what I can in the flow of love, I discover that this is more than enough to overcome the chaos of the world our human bodies exist in. In love I find rest and in rest I experience joy and in joy I discover peace…

The Last Day Of Your Life!

The media would have us think everyone is freaking out over the coronavirus, which I simply don’t believe is true. I believe a handful of people have bought into the hysteria, but for the most part, the people I know, just continue to live their everyday lives and maybe wash their hands a little bit more. All this media negativity and the knee jerk reaction of professional organizations has got me to thinking…

There used to be a popular phrase plastered on buildings, stickers and used in quotes by motivational speakers. It said: ”Today is the first day of the rest of your life!” This is a pretty good thought to think and be challenged and encouraged by, but maybe a better way to think about it is: ”Today may be the last day of your life.” Everyday is a precious gift, which most of us tend to take for granted.

The scriptures are full of reminders that we have a limited amount of time in this human experience. James 4:14 says: ”Yet you do not know what tomorrow will bring. What is your life? For you are a mist that appears for a little time and then vanishes.”

I don’t have any idea how serious this coronavirus deal is, but I do know that we are not guaranteed tomorrow and we never have been, so really nothing has changed. My advice is to live today as of it may be your last day. If you love someone tell them, pull close and hug and kiss those who are dear to you. Forgive and let go of negativity. Do the things that matter, while there is still time to do those things. LIVE your life, that’s why you are here and that is what you were given this day to do.

The past is over, learn from it, let it go and move on. The future here on earth is not promised to any of us, so accept today as the present, open it up and enjoy it for all its worth and you will have nothing to fear.

Do You Know Your Purpose?

One of the biggest and most challenging questions we will ever deal with is the question of purpose. ”What is my purpose?” People ask this question everyday and we spend vast amounts of money trying to figure out the answer to this question. It’s not an impossible question to answer, but the answer is probably not going to come in the shape and structure we are looking for.

The fact you are here now in this moment of time means you have purpose. You are a divine creation, created in the image of your maker. You are not an accident and you are not your mistakes. Don’t allow the limits of your flesh to cloud the clarity of your purpose.

“Many are the plans in a person’s heart, but it is the Lord’s purpose that prevails” -Proverbs 19:21

One of my favorite teachers, Dr. Wayne Dyer says we spend our entire lives as human beings looking to have a spiritual experience, when in reality we are spiritual beings getting to have a human experience. Get this and you will get your purpose. Our purpose is to live the human experience as spiritual beings, learning as we live and growing as we give.

The key to fulfilling your created purpose is discovered as you give yourself away. Commit yourself to seeing the good, developing the good and growing the good. Dedicate yourself to the higher purpose of lifting everything in and around you higher and to a better place of alignment with our Creator. Make sure that the work of your hands and the activity of your mind is serving to bring about healing and wholeness in our world. Be who you were created to be. Do what you were gifted to do. And while you are at it, give it all you’ve got and then some, because believe it or not, you do make this world a much better place, just because you are in it.

And at the end of the day, when you lay your head down on your pillow to go to sleep at night, isn’t it a wonderful and amazing thought to think that my life today was used for something much greater than myself. My life was used to bring glory to God and blessings to others.
