“But the Lord is faithful, who shall stablish you, and keep you from evil.” -2 Thessalonians 3:3

Let me give you a little encouragement today.

One of the most comforting truths in all the Bible is this simple statement: “The Lord is faithful.”

People sometimes fail us. Plans fall apart. Circumstances change. Some days feel steady, and other days feel like the ground underneath us is shifting. But in the middle of all that uncertainty, the Bible reminds us of something solid and unchanging — the Lord is faithful.

Paul says He will establish you. That means He will steady your steps. When life feels shaky, God knows how to plant your feet on firm ground. When your heart feels overwhelmed, He has a way of strengthening you on the inside.

And then Paul says something else that’s powerful. He says the Lord will keep you from evil. In other words, you’re not walking through this life alone. God is watching over you. He is guarding your life, protecting your path, and guiding your steps even when you don’t always see how.

You may feel pressure. You may face temptation. You may be walking through a difficult season. But remember this — your security is not in your strength, it’s in His faithfulness.

The same God who saved you is the God who will sustain you.

So today, take a deep breath and rest in this promise:

The Lord is faithful. He will establish you. And He will keep you.

And friend, that means you can keep walking forward with confidence.
