Wait!

Isaiah 40:31 says: “But they that wait upon the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.”

Child of God, that verse is God’s promise to the weary, the worn out, and the one who feels like they’ve got nothing left in the tank. Waiting on the Lord doesn’t mean sitting still, twiddling your thumbs. It means leaning into Him, trusting His timing, and depending on His power instead of your own.

When you’re at your weakest, He gives fresh strength. When you feel grounded by the weight of life, He lifts you with eagle’s wings. When the race is long and your legs are heavy, He gives you stamina to keep running. And when all you can manage is a slow walk, He makes sure you don’t faint.

So don’t quit. Don’t give up. Wait on Him. His strength is unlimited, His timing is perfect, and His promise is sure. Your job is to trust… and His job is to carry you through.
