A New Thing!

Sometimes we get so stuck staring at the rearview mirror that we forget there’s a whole windshield full of promise right in front of us. Isaiah 43:18-19 reminds us, “Forget the former things; do not dwell on the past. See, I am doing a new thing! Now it springs up; do you not perceive it?”

Friend, I don’t know what yesterday did to you. I don’t know what you lost, what broke, or who walked away. But I do know this: God is not finished. He is not recycling the past—He is redeeming your present and restoring your future.

He’s carving rivers through deserts. Making roads where there ain’t never been one. And if you listen close, you can almost hear the sound of new beginnings bubbling up from dry ground.

So stop dragging your feet through the ashes of what used to be and start looking for what God is bringing to life right now. Don’t miss it, just because you’re too busy mourning what’s behind you.

The past is a chapter, not the whole book. And the Author? Well, He just turned the page.

Are you ready to walk into the new thing?
